Dr. Sinclair is the owner and primary veterinarian at Cat Sense. She graduated from the Virginia-Maryland Regional College of Veterinary Medicine in 1992. Her first year as a veterinarian was as a mixed animal veterinarian (dogs, cats, horses, cows, sheep, pigs, birds) in Martinsville, Va. She determined that large animal medicine was not for her and moved to the Baltimore area. Dr. Anne Sinclair has practiced feline medicine exclusively since 1993.  In 1998 she opened Cat Sense.  In 2004, she was certified by the American Board of Veterinary Practitioners as a Specialist in Feline Medicine, the first in the Greater Baltimore area. There are currently less than 100 ABVP Diplomates of Feline Practice in the United States and abroad.  Dr. Sinclair qualified to be recertified in Feline Medicine in 2013.

Dr. Lisa Tuzo, DVM, Associate Veterinarian

Dr. Tuzo has worked at Cat Sense since 2007, coming on board during Dr. Sinclair’s maternity leave. Dr. Tuzo graduated from University of Tennessee College of Veterinary Medicine. She worked at an equine practice and then began working in small animal medicine, specifically as a shelter veterinarian. After five years, she returned to private practice and started her own mobile practice, Vet2Go. Dr. Tuzo is currently working toward certification in Veterinary Pain Management through the International Academy of Veterinary Pain Management (IVAPM).

Dr. Tuzo enjoys gardening and riding her motorcycle. She is also a licensed farrier and is a certified Drystone Mason!
